The number of features, screens and use cases determines how much design, development and verification is needed.
Data availability, documentation quality and the capabilities of connected systems also affect the work.
Ready materials and timely feedback make delivery easier. Special requirements and shorter deadlines are agreed in advance.
03 / WORKING TOGETHER
Small assignments can be billed for the time spent. For a standalone project, I prepare a quote for the agreed scope; for ongoing work, we agree monthly capacity. Payment terms and any milestones are included in the quote. Changes are estimated and approved before additional work begins.
Licences, hosting, paid APIs, advertising spend and other third-party services are handled separately. We discuss expected running costs in advance.

We first check whether custom development is the right choice. If an existing tool or a simpler process solves the problem, I will suggest it. A clear goal and a collaborator who knows their needs and can provide regular feedback make for the best results.
